How will I know if the chair covers fit my venues chairs?
We always test our chair covers at the venue site before we allow any reservations (unless we know they already fit). This way we are 100% positive they fit.

How do I know your chair cover is good quality?
Meet with us! We are 100% sure you will be happy with our products! Unlike other chair cover companies our covers are made out of high quality wrinkle free material that is soft! We’ve gone through many vendors to find the perfect material that we feel comfortable using! Other companies may use thin materials that you can see through.

I want to reserve my chair covers, how do I do this?
Once you have made your decision to use our services, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date.

How far in advance do I need to reserve?
We always recommend you reserve at least 2-3 months before your event date. This will assure us that we will have all paper work, products and dates available for your event! However we always accommodate any bride's timeline based on availability!

Can I change the quantity of chair covers that I have ordered?
Of course! However, any additional quantities are based on availability.

Do you offer set up, delivery, pick up or take down?
We do offer our services to set up the chair covers at an additional cost. We also deliver, pick up and take down. We are flexible when it comes to all of our services. Again we want your special day to be something you will remember.

Can I pick up and do my own set up?
Of course!

Do we need to clean or iron the items?
No, all of our products will be pressed and ready for you at the time of set-up or pick-up.

How do I return my chair covers and sashes?
We require all of our customers to return all our sashes in one box and the chair covers in another. We also ask for all food debris to be removed before placing it in our boxes we provide. Any food that is left on the chair cover may cause molding or stains that cannot be removed.
